Can the spouse of a hoarder legally throw out the hoarder's stuff?

Um, legally if the spouse is receiving mail at the home address you cannot throw out anything that personally belongs to them. As for grounds of divorce.....this is not considered in divorcing. But you can divorce for irreconcilable differences (because of discord or conflict of personalities that destroys legitimate ends of marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation)
