Do you think children should start back getting spankings more again?

I am African American and I am 16 and I watch Tyler Perry Madeas movies with my parents and they talk about how children today dont get spankings like these kids were calling an ADULT a whore and speaking to grown folks as if they themselves are grown.A generation of kids that get spankings MORE turn out better than one that hardly got spankings "which is this current generation".At my church I see women in their 20's swearing and also some come to church flirting with the youth pastors trying to get into their pants and also just coming to hit on men.My grandpa is a minister and he does NOT tolerate stuff like this from young people today.I wish I could have grown up in a better decade imho.When did they stop spankings?
