What to do when stabbed in the back by the only two people I considered friends?

Just ditch both of them. You are a honest person, and they don't deserve a good friend like you. And try to socialize. Remember, your confidence can overpower looks. Just don't worry, and try to make new friends. Let them see that what they've lost, and don't think of them. Life's too short to be wasted on such things, or so called "friends" that will back stab you just for sex. Good luck! :)
