How do i burn fat without losing lots of weight?

so i have a lot of fatty areas that i would like to shape and tone but i don't weigh a whole lot probably due to my lack of muscle. im 5'3 and about 105lbs but my tummy is really flabby and i have really bad love handles and cellulite on the back of my thighs and my butt. how can i burn fat off these ares? please any tips!! but i don't want to lose too much weight since im light anyways. also i don't really have access to a gym and where i live its hard to walk or jog so can you suggest any home exercises? thank you so much!
