Las Vegas poolside clothing for a young woman with cellulite on arms and thigh?

My friends and I are going to Vegas and poolside parties are part of the agenda. One of our friends has cellulite on her upper arms (not bad but she is very self conscious about it) and cellulite on her thighs. This girl has a better body than all of us, other than the cellulite! She has huge breasts, tiny waist and curvy yet not too large hips. I don't mean some drapey cover up in which she will get no attention. Is there anything cute she can wear INTO the pool and out that will show her shape and cover the cellulite? I can't think of anything! I bought her some long board shorts which looked cute on a trip to Australian beaches but don't fit Las Vegas! Please help!
