How to get motivated for weightloss?
I have so many things in life that I want to accomplish but one thing really stands out. I really want to lose weight. I have been on Jenny Craig and it really worked for me and I lost 35lbs, but I had to stop because I couldn't afford the food costs and my gym costs, So I cancelled both. Also I am in a relationship and I only see him on the weekend so its hard to work out on the weekend and to eat right. I need motivation and tips and ideas to lose weight, I really would love some great low fat and low calorie recipies. I am 21 years old and I just feel gross, I have cellulite all over my legs and stomach, and I am very insecure. My boyfriend actually brings it up "jokingly" somtimes, grabbing my "fat rolls" on my back or being like, oh are you wearing that tank top... when i really know that hes just saying my arms are fat and look bad in tank top. He makes comments all the time, but I know he truely means well, and hes not thin either, hes over weight as well. I want to knock him off his feet and show him how good I can actually look, I want to feel better for myself and know that I am healthy. I just always give up, I never go through with it. What are some tips and recipies? thank you!
