Does anyone know where I can get a 'cellulite mask'?

When I was younger (7 or 8, if my memory serves me) I bought a cellulite mask at Walmart. (Not knowing what it was, of course.) I didn't use it for quite a while. When I became a teenager, however, and physical appearance became an issue, I decided to try it. It was a small packet, barely more than an ounce. I applied to to my upper thighs in a thin coat, allowed it to sit for a few minutes, then washed it off in the shower, as the instructions said to do. The results were remarkable. I saw an extreme difference in the way my thighs looked (although they weren't perfect, of course). I've tried to locate something similar for years now, to no avail. Oh, there are creams and lotions. But they promise visible results in 12 to 16 weeks! Not to mention the cost. I got an ounce of whatever it was I bought for $3. Does anyone know where or how I can get something similar?
