I'm getting fatter what should I do?

dont eat the fried chicken....instead get a foreman grill and use that to cook the chicken. Also, it doesnt take that long to get an ok workout, just go outside n run for 30 minutes of something, you dont have to spend 2 hours at the gym. If you run 30 minutes a day and dont eat McDonalds you will notice a change
